Terms of delivery and payment

Payment

Payment of goods is carried out in cash or non-cash:

Payment in cash at pickup from the point of issue of goods
Payment in cash (cash on delivery) - upon receipt of the goods in the post office from the selected delivery service operator of the goods;
Cashless payment to the current account
Individuals can pay for goods with a Visa / MasterCard card using LiqPay or Privat24 online banking services.

For legal entities, with non-cash payment, we provide an invoice to pay for your chosen product. You can pay for your account details at any branch of the bank or using Internet banking.

After payment, we ship the goods in Ukraine by your chosen delivery service operator (transport company) and provide the bill of lading number, date and arrival address. For legal entities, with the goods we send a package of necessary documents.

After the goods arrive at the courier service warehouse, you receive a package (with a passport) and pay for the delivery according to the tariffs of the carrier company.

Delivery

Delivery of goods is carried out in Ukraine by courier delivery services (transport companies), such as New Mail, Intime, SAT, etc.

Sending goods is carried out daily, except Sunday. Goods ordered before 15:00, if available, are sent on the day of order. Goods ordered after 15:00 is shipped the next day. Delivery time - 1-2 days, depending on the transport company.

Shipping costs for the delivery, exchange and return of goods shall be borne by the buyer.

Orders for up to 200 hryvnia are sent after advance non-cash payment.
